FanStage Cookie Policy

Cookie files ("cookies") are small text information saved on the User's end device while using the Service.

Cookies and similar technologies enable the proper operation of the website, maintaining the User's session, remembering settings and - after obtaining the required consent - conducting analytics of the use of the Service.

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies FanStage uses, for what purposes, and how you can manage your preferences.

The following categories of cookies and similar technologies may be used in the Service:

a) Strictly necessary cookies are required for the proper operation of the Service. They cannot be disabled from the consent banner because without them it would not be possible to provide basic features, such as logging in, session maintenance, security, and remembering your cookie choices.

b) Functional cookies allow remembering selected User settings and preferences that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the Service. They are used only when a given feature is implemented and requires User consent.

c) Analytical cookies are used to measure traffic in the Service, analyze how the Platform is used, detect usability issues, and improve the operation of the website. Analytical cookies are activated exclusively after obtaining your consent.

d) Marketing cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of promotional activities, build audience groups, or present tailored advertising messages. FanStage does not currently use marketing cookies unless explicitly stated otherwise in the consent banner and this Cookie Policy.

Necessary technologies are not used for marketing profiling.

If you consent to analytical cookies, FanStage may use Google Analytics 4, an analytical tool provided by Google.

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand traffic in the Service and how its functionalities are used, in particular the number of visits, traffic sources, visited subpages, and general interactions with the Service.

Google Analytics 4 is not launched before obtaining consent for analytical cookies. GA4 uses its own cookies to distinguish users and a given user's sessions.

If you consent to analytical cookies, FanStage may use Microsoft Clarity, a tool for analyzing the use of the Service, including heatmaps and aggregate data about interactions with the interface.

Microsoft Clarity is not launched before obtaining consent for analytical cookies. For users from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a valid consent signal must be passed to Clarity.

The duration of cookies in Google Analytics 4 can be configured by the administrator ranging from immediate expiration up to a maximum of 25 months.

We use necessary technologies because they are required to transmit a communication over a telecommunications network or to provide a service explicitly requested by the User, in particular logging in, session maintenance, and ensuring security.

Functional, analytical, and marketing cookies, if used, are applied exclusively after obtaining your prior consent.

The lack of consent for functional, analytical, or marketing cookies does not prevent the use of the basic features of FanStage. Cookies required to transmit a communication or provide an explicitly requested service are exempt from the obligation to obtain consent.

Consents for non-mandatory cookies are not checked by default.

Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and other non-mandatory technologies are launched exclusively after accepting the appropriate cookie category.

The User may change or withdraw their consent settings at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link available in the footer of the Service. Withdrawing consent is just as easy as granting it.

Regardless of the settings available in the Service, you can block or remove cookies from your browser settings. However, this may affect the operation of some features of the Service, in particular the ability to log in or maintain a session.

Requirements for valid consent include informing the user beforehand, expressing consent through an active action, the ability to choose categories, and an easy way to revoke the decision.

Due to the global nature of the providers, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States.

In such a case, we apply required by law safeguards for the transfer, in particular standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.

The Cookie Policy may be updated in the event of changes in legal provisions, technologies used in the Service, the scope of cookies, or the method of managing consents.

We may inform about significant changes through a communication in the Service, updating the document date, or in another appropriate manner.
