1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on the User's device when using the Service. They enable proper operation of the site, session maintenance, remembering settings and – subject to consent – analytics.
This Cookies Policy explains which cookies FanStage uses, for what purposes, and how you can manage your preferences.

3. Types of cookies used
The Service may use the following categories of cookies:
- a) strictly necessary cookies
Required for proper operation of the Service and cannot be disabled in the consent banner. They include cookies related to session maintenance, login, security, basic settings and storing your cookie preferences. - b) analytics cookies
Used to measure traffic, analyse how the platform is used, detect UX issues and improve the site. Analytics cookies are activated only after your consent. We may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for analytics.
4. Necessary cookies and similar technologies
FanStage may use necessary cookies or similar technologies (such as browser localStorage) required for:
- user login and session maintenance,
- authentication via Supabase Auth,
- protecting the security of the Service,
- remembering the user's consent choices for tracking technologies,
- proper functioning of forms and basic Service features.
This category may include in particular:
- session cookies or tokens related to Supabase Auth, e.g. with the "sb-" prefix,
- localStorage entries storing consent decisions, e.g. "fanstage_consent_status",
- technical identifiers required for correct Service operation.
These technologies are not used for marketing profiling.
5. Analytics cookies – Google Analytics 4
If you consent to analytics cookies, FanStage may use Google Analytics 4, an analytics tool provided by Google. GA4 helps us understand traffic and user behaviour. It is not activated before consent.
6. Analytics cookies – Microsoft Clarity
If you consent to analytics cookies, FanStage may use Microsoft Clarity (behaviour analytics, heatmaps). For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Clarity only runs with a valid consent mechanism.
7. Legal basis for using cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies based on our legitimate interest in ensuring proper and secure operation of the Service. Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your consent. Lack of consent does not prevent you from using FanStage's core features.
8. Managing consent and disabling cookies
On your first visit we display a consent banner. You can change your settings at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer to reopen the banner. You can also block cookies via your browser settings.
9. Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Data collected via cookies may be shared with providers (Supabase, Google, Microsoft). This may involve transfers to the USA, where we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). For more details, see the Privacy Policy.
