FanStage for Investors & Partners

Building the infrastructure for live music.

FanStage turns the voice of fans into data, and data into better decisions for artists, organizers, cities, and live music.

01 / The Problem

Live music demand remains hard to read.

The industry makes decisions based on scattered, incomplete signals. The fan exists, but their intent rarely reaches the person deciding on the event.

01

Where the real demand for a given artist actually exists.

02

Who actually wants to attend the event.

03

How to effectively communicate with attendees before and during the event.

04

How to convert community interest into sales and real attendance.

02 / Mechanism

From a fan's signal to a real event.

01

Fans

show interest

02

FanStage

turns signals into data

03

Organizer

04

03 / Product

Four layers of one ecosystem.

01

Demand Intelligence

Precise mapping of audience interest in artists, broken down by specific cities and regions.

02

Community Layer

Profiles, fan clubs, discussions, and tools that connect the community before, during, and after an event.

03

Event & Ticketing

Personalized tickets, ticket sales, attendee communication, and entry control tools.

04

Partner Tools

Demand data, campaigns, attendee communication, ticketing, and reporting.

04 / Why Now?

Live music is becoming more direct, digital, and relationship-driven.

Fans want influence.

Promoters want to limit risk.

Artists want to see real demand.

Cities want to communicate events better.

05 / Business Model

The fan is the center. The industry funds the tools.

Free discovery, voting, community, and tickets.

Basic access

02 / Artists & Managers

Subscription / Pro packages

03 / Organizers

  • 04Community and discussion boards.
  • 05Ticketing infrastructure.
  • 06Entry control with offline mode.

One ecosystem, ready to be configured for the first live music industry pilots.

07 / Positioning

We are not another ticketing platform. We are not another streaming service.

FanStage combines the fan's signal, demand data, community, and event operations tools into a single ecosystem.

Spotify shows what people listen to.

FanStage shows who they want to hear live.

Ticketing platforms sell access to finalized events.

FanStage helps verify interest beforehand.

Social media generates attention.

FanStage turns it into interest, voting, and attendance.

Traditional research collects declarations.

FanStage combines declarations with actual fan activity.

Organizers use many separate tools.

FanStage combines demand, communication, community, and ticketing.

FanStage doesn't compete with these solutions. It creates a space that connects them.

08 / Strategy

Building locally. Thinking scalably.

We start in Poland. We aim to develop our first deployments in close cooperation with local organizers, venues, and city institutions. Łódź is a natural environment for initial event-tech tests, as FanStage designs a model ready to be seamlessly replicated in other European markets.
