FanStage Terms of Service
Effective from: 15 April 2026.
§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the FanStage online platform, available at fanstage.pl (the "Service" or "Platform").
- The owner and operator of the Service is Fan Stage Mateusz Bednarski, seated in Łódź, ul. Małachowskiego 90, 90-159 Łódź, Poland, VAT ID: 7252021896, REGON: 363999620, contact email: support@fanstage.pl (the "Administrator").
- FanStage is an online platform for following artists, expressing interest in music events, building communities around artists, and developing a music information base about creators and their audience.
- Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms to the extent applicable to the given functionality. Creating an Account constitutes entering into an agreement for the provision of electronic services on the terms set out in these Terms.
§ 2. Definitions
- User – a natural person who is at least 16 years old and uses the Service, in particular through an Account.
- Account – a User's individual profile in the Service, secured by a password or another authentication method provided by the Administrator.
- Artist Profile – a subpage or record in the Service relating to a specific artist, band, or music project.
- Demand Signal – any User activity in the Service expressing interest in an artist's presence, an event, or concert activity in a specific location, in particular casting a vote, following an artist, indicating a city, or a similar interaction available in the Service.
- User Content – all materials, information, or statements added, published, or submitted by the User in the Service, in particular comments, descriptions, reviews, ratings, trivia, reports, suggestions, or other textual content.
- Services – electronic services provided by the Administrator through the Service.
- Business Days – Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
§ 3. Types and Scope of Services
- The Administrator provides free-of-charge services through the Service, consisting in particular of:
- creating and maintaining a User Account,
- enabling the following of artists and artist profiles,
- enabling the submission of Demand Signals for artists and locations,
- browsing information about artists and community activity,
- using ranking, social, and informational features made available in the Service,
- adding selected User Content, where such functionality is currently available.
- The scope of the Service's functionality may change, expand, be restricted, or be temporarily disabled.
- A User's submission of a Demand Signal, casting a vote, following an artist, or similar activity:
- does not constitute a ticket purchase,
- does not constitute a reservation of a place at an event,
- does not constitute entering into an agreement regarding attendance at a concert or other event,
- does not create any financial obligation on the part of the User.
- The Administrator does not guarantee that User activity in the Service will result in the organisation of a concert, event, or collaboration with an artist.
§ 4. User Account
- Creating an Account requires providing the data required in the registration form and accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- The User is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date data.
- The User is responsible for the security of access to their Account and must not share login credentials with third parties.
- The Administrator may implement security measures relating to login, Account access recovery, and User identity verification.
- A single User must not create multiple Accounts in order to artificially influence the operation of the Service, rankings, referral systems, Demand Signals, or other platform mechanisms.
§ 5. Rules of Use
- The User is obliged to use the Service in a manner consistent with the law, these Terms, and good practices.
- It is prohibited to take actions that disrupt the functioning of the Service, circumvent security measures, automate activity in an unauthorised manner, or manipulate statistics, rankings, votes, follows, or other Service mechanisms.
- It is prohibited to publish or transmit through the Service any content that is:
- unlawful,
- infringing the copyright or personal rights of third parties,
- offensive, vulgar, inciting hatred or violence,
- misleading,
- spam or advertising without the Administrator's consent.
- The User is responsible for their actions taken in the Service and for the User Content they publish or submit.
§ 6. User Content and Moderation
- Where the Service enables the submission of User Content, the User may only publish content to which they hold appropriate rights or a legal basis for dissemination.
- Upon publishing User Content, the User grants the Administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content to the extent necessary for the operation, development, promotion, and proper functioning of the Service, including reproduction, distribution, public communication, formatting, technical processing, and moderation.
- User Content may be subject to moderation. The Administrator may remove, restrict the visibility of, technically edit, or block access to content that violates the law, these Terms, or the security and quality of the Service.
- The Administrator may also restrict Account functionality, suspend an Account, or delete a User Account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
- Users may report content they consider unlawful or in breach of these Terms by writing to: legal@fanstage.pl.
- Where moderation action is taken, the Administrator may inform the User of the reasons for the decision where this is reasonable and technically feasible.
§ 7. Referral System, Rankings and Gamification
- The Service may provide a referral system, rankings, activity levels, labels, points, badges, or other gamification elements.
- These elements are purely informational, social, organisational, or promotional in nature and do not, as a rule, constitute monetary funds or property rights.
- The Administrator may change the rules for awarding points, ranks, statuses, and benefits, and may suspend or discontinue selected gamification mechanisms.
- The Administrator may exclude from rankings or cancel points or activity obtained in a manner contrary to these Terms.
§ 8. Technical Requirements
- Using the Service requires:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active email address.
- The Administrator endeavours to ensure continuous operation of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features.
§ 9. Liability
- The Administrator exercises due diligence in the operation of the Service but does not guarantee that all information presented in the Service will always be complete, current, or error-free.
- Information about artists, statistics, community activity, and trends is informational and auxiliary in nature.
- The Administrator is not liable for:
- decisions made by Users based on data from the Service,
- temporary technical interruptions,
- consequences of a User providing false data,
- content published by Users, subject to obligations arising from applicable law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any User rights arising from mandatory applicable law.
§ 10. Termination and Account Deletion
- The agreement for the provision of electronic services relating to the Account is concluded for an indefinite period.
- The User may at any time stop using the Service and request deletion of their Account.
- A request to delete the Account may be submitted via Account settings or by contacting us at: privacy@fanstage.pl or support@fanstage.pl.
- Deletion of the Account does not prevent further processing of data in cases where the Administrator is authorised or obliged to do so under applicable law, in particular for the purposes of handling complaints, defending against claims, or fulfilling legal obligations.
§ 11. Complaints and Contact
- Complaints about the operation of the Service may be submitted to: support@fanstage.pl.
- A complaint should include information enabling identification of the complainant and a description of the issue.
- The Administrator handles complaints within 14 days of receipt.

§ 12. Changes to the Terms
- The Administrator may amend these Terms for good cause, in particular in the event of:
- changes in applicable law,
- development or modification of the Service's functionality,
- a change in the Service's operating model,
- the need to improve security or counter abuse.
- Users with an Account will be notified of material changes to these Terms with adequate advance notice, in particular by email or via a notice in the Service.
- Continued use of the Account after the changes take effect may require re-acceptance of the updated Terms.
§ 13. Final Provisions
- Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law.
- These Terms take effect on 15 April 2026.
