FanStage Terms of Service
Effective from: May 21, 2026
§ 1. General Provisions
- These terms of service ("Terms") set out the rules for using the FanStage online platform, available at fanstage.pl ("Service", "Platform", or "FanStage").
- The owner and administrator of the Service is Fan Stage Mateusz Bednarski with its registered office in Łódź, ul. Małachowskiego 90, 90-159 Łódź, NIP: 7252021896, REGON: 363999620, contact email: support@fanstage.pl ("Administrator").
- FanStage is an online platform for following artists, expressing interest in musical events, building communities around artists, developing a musical database of creators and their audience, and supporting communication between Users, artists, and other entities cooperating with the Service.
- Using the Service implies acceptance of these Terms to the extent appropriate for a given functionality, and creating an Account implies entering into an agreement for the provision of electronic services on the terms set out in the Terms.
- The Service is provided at least in Polish and English. The Terms, Privacy Policy, and other documents or communications may be provided in more than one language version. In the event of discrepancies between the Polish version and a version in another language, the Polish version shall prevail, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
§ 2. Definitions
- For the purposes of the Terms, the following terms have the following meanings:
- User – a natural person who is at least 16 years old and uses the Service, in particular through an Account.
- Account – the User's individual profile in the Service, secured by a password or other authentication method provided by the Administrator.
- Artist Profile – a subpage, record, or other space in the Service relating to a specific artist, band, or music project.
- Artist Account – an Account or a set of permissions in the Service enabling the management of an Artist Profile and the use of functions intended for artists, bands, and their representatives.
- Artist Profile Manager – a User who has obtained permissions from the Administrator to manage an Artist Profile, in particular the artist themselves, a band member, manager, agent, label representative, or other authorized person.
- Demand Signal – any User activity in the Service expressing interest in the presence of an artist, an event, or concert activity in a specific location, in particular casting a vote, following an artist, indicating a city, signing up for notifications, or similar interaction available in the Service.
- User Content – any materials, information, or statements added, published, sent, or shared by the User in the Service, in particular comments, feed entries, forum posts, descriptions, reviews, ratings, trivia, reports, suggestions, private messages, profile pictures, usernames, and other text, graphic, or multimedia content.
- Feed – a functionality of the Service enabling Users to publish content visible to the community or a specific group of recipients.
- Forum – a functionality of the Service intended for conducting thematic discussions between Users.
- Private Messages / Messenger – a functionality of the Service enabling the exchange of messages between Users or between Users and authorized profiles within the Platform.
- FanScore / XP – the Service's internal point system, under which the User receives points for specific activities on the Platform.
- Account Level / Rank – the User's status in the Service, linked to the number of accumulated FanScore points and unlocking additional functions, permissions, or benefits in the Service.
- Referral Link – an individual link or other mechanism provided to the User by the Service, enabling inviting other people to the Platform, a specific voting, campaign, or community activity.
- Services – electronic services provided by the Administrator via the Service.
- Working days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
§ 3. Type and scope of services
- The Administrator provides free services via the Service, consisting in particular of:
- creating and maintaining a User Account,
- enabling following artists and artist profiles,
- enabling expressing Demand Signals regarding artists, events, and locations,
- browsing information about artists, events, and community activity,
- using ranking, community, and information functions provided in the Service,
- publishing and browsing User Content within currently available functionalities,
- using the feed, forum, friends system, notifications, and internal messenger,
- using personalization, recommendation, and integration functions with external services,
- using mechanisms related to FanScore, Account levels, benefits, badges, and other gamification elements,
- use by authorized Users of tools intended for Artist Profiles, including promotional, organizational, and analytical tools.
- The scope of the Service's functionality may be subject to change, development, limitation, or temporary suspension.
- Expressing a Demand Signal by the User, casting a vote, following an artist, signing up for notifications, clicking a promotional link, or similar activity:
- does not constitute purchasing a ticket,
- does not constitute a reservation of a place at an event,
- does not mean entering into a contract regarding participation in a concert or other event,
- does not create any financial obligation on the part of the User.
- The Administrator does not guarantee that User activity in the Service will lead to the organization of a concert, event, or cooperation with an artist.
- FanStage may organize or co-organize selected promotional activities, activations, or events, but detailed conditions of such actions may be specified in separate regulations.
§ 4. User Account
- Creating an Account requires providing the data required in the registration form and accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- The User is obliged to provide true, current, and non-misleading data.
- The User is responsible for the security of access to their Account and should not share login details with third parties.
- The Administrator may introduce security measures related to logging in, recovering access to the Account, changing the password, and verifying the User's identity.
- A single User should not create multiple Accounts in order to artificially influence the operation of the Service, rankings, referral systems, Demand Signals, promotions, benefits, or other mechanisms of the Platform.
- The User may change the Account password at any time via the appropriate function available in the Account settings or other tool provided by the Administrator.
§ 5. Rules for using the Service
- The User is obliged to use the Service in a manner consistent with the law, the Terms, and good practices.
- It is prohibited to take actions that disrupt the functioning of the Service, circumvent security measures, automate activity in an unauthorized manner, or serve to manipulate statistics, rankings, votes, follows, FanScore, the referral system, or other mechanisms of the Service.
- It is prohibited to publish, send, or transmit via the Service content that is:
- unlawful,
- infringing copyrights, personal rights, or other rights of third parties,
- offensive, vulgar, inciting hatred or violence,
- misleading,
- spam or advertising without the Administrator's consent,
- violating the privacy of other persons,
- containing personal data of third parties without a valid legal basis.
- It is prohibited to impersonate other persons, artists, bands, music industry representatives, event organizers, or the Administrator.
- It is prohibited to use the messenger, feed, forum, or other community functions for harassment, stalking, threats, sending unsolicited sexual content, mass messaging, or other actions violating the safety and comfort of other Users.
- The User is responsible for their actions taken in the Service and for the User Content they publish, send, or transmit.
§ 6. User Content and moderation
- If the Service allows adding User Content, the User may publish only such content to which they have the appropriate rights or a legal basis for its distribution.
- Upon publishing User Content, the User grants the Administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content to the extent necessary to operate, develop, promote, and properly function the Service, in particular its recording, multiplication, public sharing, formatting, technical processing, translation, moderation, and adaptation to the technical requirements of the Platform.
- User Content may be subject to moderation. The Administrator may remove, limit visibility, technically edit, or block access to content violating the law, the Terms, or the security and quality of the Service.
- The Administrator may also limit Account functionality, suspend the Account, or delete the User Account in case of serious or repeated violation of the Terms.
- The User may report content they consider unlawful or violating the Terms to the address: legal@fanstage.pl.
- In the event of moderation actions, the Administrator may inform the User of the reasons for the decision, provided it is justified and technically possible.
§ 7. Referral system, rankings, and gamification
- The Service may provide a referral system, rankings, activity levels, badges, points, or other gamification elements.
- These elements are exclusively informational, community-based, organizational, or promotional in nature and, as a rule, do not constitute funds or property rights.
- The Administrator may change the rules for awarding points, ranks, statuses, and benefits, as well as suspend or terminate selected gamification mechanisms.
- The Administrator may exclude from rankings or cancel points or activity obtained in a manner contrary to the Terms.
§ 8. FanScore, Account levels, and benefits
- The Service may award Users FanScore points (XP) for specific activities on the Platform, in particular for participating in voting, community activity, inviting other people to the Service, interacting with selected functionalities, or other actions indicated in the Service.
- Based on the number of accumulated FanScore points, specific Account levels or ranks may be assigned to the User, in particular such as FAN, INSIDER, PROMOTER, or LEGEND, in accordance with the current description of available levels in the Service.
- Achieving a specific Account level may unlock additional functions or benefits, in particular:
- the ability to vote and fully participate in the community,
- additional profile badges or distinctions,
- access to extended statistics or community functions,
- early access (presale) to selected ticket offers conducted by partners,
- the possibility of obtaining limited upgrades or other benefits related to selected events.
- FanScore points and Account levels:
- do not constitute funds or other property rights,
- as a rule, cannot be transferred to other persons or accounts,
- are not exchangeable for money, discounts, or material prizes, unless expressly stated in separate terms of a given promotional campaign.
- Benefits related to higher Account levels are organizational or promotional in nature, may be limited by availability, and may be granted on the terms described in separate regulations, event conditions, or announcements in the Service.
- The Administrator reserves the right to change the rules for awarding FanScore points, point thresholds, Account level names, the scope of benefits, and the conditions for granting them.
§ 9. Inviting friends and referral links
- The Service may provide Users with mechanisms to invite other people to the Platform, in particular through individual referral links or special sharing buttons.
- The User may use referral links, inter alia, to invite friends to create an Account in the Service, join the community of a given artist, or take part in a specific voting, campaign, or community activity.
- It is prohibited to use referral links in a manner contrary to the law or the Terms, in particular to send spam, unsolicited commercial information, mass messages to people who have not expressed interest in the Platform, as well as to artificially inflate the number of votes, follows, FanScore points, or other indicators in the Service.
- The Administrator may cancel benefits obtained via referral links, in particular FanScore points, place in rankings, access to benefits, or other privileges, if the invitations were used in a manner violating the Terms or good practices.
§ 10. Integrations with external services and personalization
- The User may at any time voluntarily connect their Account in the Service with an account in a selected external service, in particular Spotify, via the appropriate integration mechanism available on the Platform.
- Connecting an account in an external service with an Account in the Service is not mandatory to use the basic functionalities of FanStage and can be revoked at any time from the Account settings or another function provided by the Administrator.
- As part of the integration with Spotify, the Administrator gains access only to information necessary for the operation of the personalization function, in particular the list of most frequently listened to artists, including the top 50 listened artists associated with the User's Spotify account.
- Data obtained from integration with external services may be used in particular to:
- better match recommended artists, events, and content in the Service,
- automatically add selected artists the User listens to most frequently to their followed artists in the Service,
- improve the operation of personalization and recommendation algorithms.
- The User may also independently indicate their favorite artists or bands, in particular within the TOP-5 list or similar functionality, which may be used to personalize content and recommendations in the Service.
- Detailed information on the scope of data obtained from integration with external services and the rules for its processing is set out in the Privacy Policy.
§ 11. Artist Profiles and tools for artists
- The Administrator may grant selected Users the ability to take over and manage an Artist Profile and use dedicated organizational, promotional, analytical, or community tools.
- Obtaining permissions to manage an Artist Profile may require demonstrating appropriate authorization or passing a verification process conducted by the Administrator.
- The Administrator may refuse to grant access to an Artist Profile, limit it, or revoke it if there are doubts as to the permissions of the Artist Profile Manager, Account security, compliance of actions with the Terms, or the interests of the Service.
- The Artist Profile Manager is responsible for content, information, campaigns, and actions published or initiated using tools assigned to a given Artist Profile.
- Artist Profiles may be used to conduct marketing, communication, promotional, and informational activities regarding artistic, concert, publishing, or image-related activities.
- The Administrator may provide Artist Profile Managers with analytical tools regarding the community gathered around a given artist.
- Data provided under analytical tools for Artist Profiles is generally statistical, aggregated, or pseudonymized in nature and does not serve to directly identify a specific User, unless the User has explicitly granted separate consent or otherwise required by applicable law.
- When joining specific votings, campaigns, or activities, the User acknowledges that their activity may be included in reports, summaries, or databases shared with the voting organizer, partner, artist, band, or their representative, on the terms described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Data shared with partners, artists, bands, or their representatives in connection with votings, campaigns, or community analysis generally does not include direct data identifying the User, such as an e-mail address or IP address, unless the User has given separate consent to this or the transfer of such data results from applicable law.
§ 12. Votings, notifications, and communication within campaigns
- The Service may enable organizing votings, interest campaigns, community actions, and similar activities regarding artists, events, or locations.
- By joining a voting, following a campaign, or a similar activity, the User may agree to receive related notifications within the Service, in particular from the voting organizer, partner, Artist Profile, or Administrator.
- Notifications referred to in sec. 2 may relate in particular to the progress of the campaign, voting results, community activity, information about planned events, new stages of the campaign, or similar communications related to a given activity.
- Sending e-mail notifications or other marketing communications outside the Service takes place exclusively on the basis of a separate consent of the User expressed during registration or later in the Account settings, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
§ 13. Events, partners, and tickets
- The Service may present information about concerts, events, and offers related to artistic activity and direct Users to partners involved in ticket sales, participant registration, or event organization.
- If ticket sales or event participation support are handled via an external partner, the contract regarding the purchase of a ticket or participation in the event is concluded between the User and the relevant partner or organizer, in accordance with their regulations.
- FanStage is not a party to the ticket sales contract conducted by an external partner, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The Administrator may organize or co-organize selected events, special actions, or activations, but detailed rules for participation, sales, complaints, benefits, or limitations may be specified in separate regulations in such cases.
- Early access to ticket offers (presale), upgrades, special packages, or similar benefits may be available only to selected Users, in limited numbers, and on separately defined terms.
§ 14. Messenger and community functions
- The internal messenger, feed, forum, and other community functions are used to build a community, exchange opinions, and communicate between Users and authorized profiles in the Service.
- It is forbidden to use the messenger, feed, forum, or other community functions to send spam, unsolicited commercial information, mass campaigns, harassing content, or other content violating the Terms.
- The Administrator does not constantly monitor all private messages but may access them to the extent necessary to resolve reported violations, protect the safety of Users, prevent abuse, or fulfill obligations arising from the law.
- The Administrator may introduce additional security measures in community functions, in particular blocking accounts, muting, limiting the ability to publish or send messages, action limits, or other community protection mechanisms.
§ 15. Warnings, blocks, and bans
- In the event of a violation of the Terms or disrupting the functioning of the Service, the Administrator may apply disciplinary measures against the User, in particular:
- issuing a warning,
- temporary limitation of selected Account functionalities,
- temporary suspension of the Account,
- permanent Account block (ban).
- As a rule, a User may have a maximum of two active warnings within a 3-month period.
- Issuing a third warning within a 3-month period may result in a permanent Account block.
- A warning expires 3 months after its issuance, unless special circumstances justify an earlier or later termination of its effects.
- The Administrator reserves the right to immediately and permanently block the Account without prior warnings in the event of a gross violation of the law, User safety, Service integrity, or significant interests of the Administrator.
§ 16. Technical requirements
- To use the Service, the following are necessary:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active e-mail address.
- Some functionalities of the Service may require an active Account, connection to an external service, enabling specific device permissions, or meeting additional technical requirements indicated in the Service.
- The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the continuous operation of the Service, but does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of all functions.
§ 17. Liability
- The Administrator exercises due diligence regarding the operation of the Service, but does not guarantee that all information presented in the Service will always be complete, current, or error-free.
- Information about artists, statistics, community activity, trends, levels of interest, and recommendations are informational, auxiliary, or organizational in nature.
- The Administrator is not liable for:
- decisions made by Users based on data from the Service,
- temporary technical interruptions,
- consequences of the User providing false data,
- content published by Users, artists, partners, or other third parties, subject to obligations under legal regulations,
- actions and regulations of external partners, including ticketing services, external platforms, and event organizers.
- Nothing in the Terms excludes or limits User rights arising from mandatory legal provisions.
§ 18. Termination of the agreement, password change, and Account deletion
- The agreement for the provision of electronic services regarding the Account is concluded for an indefinite period.
- The User may change the Account login password at any time via the appropriate function in the Account settings.
- The User may initiate Account deletion at any time from the Account settings or submit such a request by contacting the Administrator.
- Initiating Account deletion causes its immediate hiding in the Service.
- After 30 days from initiating deletion, the Account and related data will be permanently deleted from the Administrator's systems, subject to sec. 6.
- Account deletion does not exclude the possibility of further data processing in cases where the Administrator is authorized or obliged to do so by law, in particular for the purpose of handling complaints, defending against claims, preventing abuse, or fulfilling legal obligations.
- The request to delete an Account can be made from the Account settings or by contacting the address: privacy@fanstage.pl or support@fanstage.pl.
§ 19. Complaints and contact
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Service can be submitted to the address: support@fanstage.pl.
- The complaint should contain data identifying the reporting person and a description of the problem.
- The Administrator considers the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
- The User may also contact the Administrator in other matters:

§ 20. Changes to the Terms
- The Administrator may change the Terms for important reasons, in particular in the case of:
- changes in legal regulations,
- development or changes in the functionality of the Service,
- changes in the Service's operating model,
- the need to improve security or prevent abuse,
- expansion of the Service's activities with new social, organizational, promotional, or analytical functions.
- Users holding an Account will be informed of significant changes to the Terms well in advance, in particular by e-mail or via a message in the Service.
- Continued use of the Account after the changes enter into force may require re-acceptance of the updated Terms.
§ 21. Final provisions
- In matters not covered by the Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply.
- The Terms enter into force on May 21, 2026.
