Mazury Hip Hop Festiwal 2026 Reborn is the next chapter of Poland’s oldest open-air hip-hop festival, held in summer inside the historic Boyen Fortress in Giżycko. Mazury Hip Hop Festiwal 2026 Reborn takes place 16-18 July 2026 at Boyen Fortress in Giżycko, right in the Masurian lake district.
Concerts are held in the evenings - during previous editions gates opened around 6:00 p.m. and the first shows started around 7:00 p.m., so it is best to arrive in town by late afternoon.
The easiest way to reach the festival is to travel by train or long‑distance bus to Giżycko, then walk to Boyen Fortress or use local taxis and minibuses.
The fortress is located on the western side of the city, between lakes Niegocin and Kisajno, with the main entrance on Turystyczna Street.
The festival cooperates with the city and local accommodation providers - in high season you can choose between campsites, guesthouses, hotels and private rooms, but because July is peak holiday time, accommodation should be booked well in advance.
In previous years the festival campsite operated for several days (usually from the day before the first concerts until the day after the event), providing toilets and showers, exact opening hours of the campsite and check‑in times for the 2026 edition will be confirmed by the organizers closer to the festival date.
Boyen Fortress is a historic, partially wooded and fenced site, so local rules cover movement within the grounds, a ban on climbing the walls and entering closed areas.
