Mystic Festival
Mystic Festival 2027 is the first edition in a new location, moving to the outdoor grounds of the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk in the Letnica district. After five shipyard editions the event enters a new growth phase, with space for larger stages, bigger crowds and more ambitious production.

About the brand
Mystic Festival originally took place in Kraków, with early editions held in halls and outdoor areas in Nowa Huta and later at Tauron Arena, with breaks and changes to its format along the way.
A new chapter began when the festival moved to Gdańsk and the shipyard grounds, where it grew into a four‑day open‑air event with multiple stages, a club stage and a full festival village.
Shipyard editions have hosted bands such as Judas Priest, Slipknot, Ghost, Mercyful Fate, Killing Joke, Opeth, Amon Amarth, Gojira and Emperor, alongside top Polish acts like Behemoth, Mgła, Vader and Decapitated.
Smaller stages and the club programme have featured sludge, stoner, doom and noise projects, as well as special shows in industrial shipyard halls.
The 2026 edition is symbolic, as it is the final one at the shipyard site - something both the city and organizers emphasize as the end of an era.
From 2027 onwards, Mystic is set to remain in Gdańsk but move to Letnica near Polsat Plus Arena, promising improved infrastructure while preserving the festival’s metal identity.

In the “SAVE THE DATE” announcement the organizers explain that moving to Letnica will allow them to host bands that were too big for the shipyard and its former Main Stage.
The open grounds around the arena are meant to provide room for “the craziest production and stage design ideas” and for the long‑term growth of the festival in line with fan expectations.
Musically, Mystic keeps its identity as “the largest festival in Poland presenting metal and related genres”, with multiple stages and dozens of bands.
The new site near the stadium offers better infrastructure and logistics, described in press materials as a new chapter made possible thanks to the city of Gdańsk and Polsat Plus Arena.

Mystic Festival 2027 will take place from 10 to 12 June 2027 in Gdańsk’s Letnica district, on the grounds of the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk.
For now, the organizers have announced only the dates and new location; ticket sales, pass options, campsite details and infrastructure information will follow after the 2026 edition wraps up.
Given the statements so far, it is reasonable to expect a similar structure - multiple stages, multi‑day passes, an onsite campsite and extensive food and drink areas - now arranged on a large open field next to the arena.
