MAYDAY Poland is one of the oldest and most recognizable electronic music festivals in Poland, held at Katowice’s Spodek arena since 2000. The 2026 edition will be the 27th and will once again take the form of a single long night with 20 artists performing for a total of 16 hours.

About
The international history of MAYDAY began in Germany in 1991, while the Polish edition debuted in 2000 at Katowice’s Spodek arena.
Since then, every November the venue has transformed for one night into a massive indoor rave, attracting thousands of electronic music fans from across Poland and abroad.
The venue’s and organizer’s materials emphasize that no other event in Poland has had a comparable impact on club culture, with MAYDAY serving for many as their first encounter with large‑scale techno production on a world‑class level.
Each edition is built around a specific theme (such as “25 Years United” or “Progress”), and stage design, visuals and graphics follow that concept, giving every year its own distinct identity.
Musically, the festival traditionally combines international techno and trance stars with key figures of the Polish club scene. Past MAYDAY Poland lineups have featured artists like Sven Väth, WestBam, Paul van Dyk, Adam Beyer, Chris Liebing, Len Faki and Amelie Lens, alongside Polish names such as Angelo Mike, Cez Are Kane, Carla Roca and Enoch.
For 2026, the organizers promise to continue this format with “one night, 16 hours of music and 20 artists”, although specific names have yet to be announced.

Practical Info
MAYDAY Poland 2026 takes place on 10 November 2026 at the Spodek arena in Katowice.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m., the event starts at 5:00 p.m. and runs until around 9:00 a.m. the following morning.
It is a one‑night event – the programme comprises 16 hours of music and 20 artists, with no separate campsite or outdoor festival stages.
Tickets are sold as passes for the entire night; at the entrance they are exchanged for wristbands or passes that allow re‑entry to the arena in line with the current safety rules.
Spodek is located in central Katowice, next to the International Congress Centre, and can be reached by public transport from the main railway station or by car, with municipal and private car parks available nearby.
The organizers place strong emphasis on safety – the arena is subject to a list of prohibited items (including glass, sharp objects, fireworks and outside alcohol), and on site there are medical points, security staff, a cloakroom and information desks.
