The statement came ahead of the release of the band's 25th studio album, 'Foreign Tongues', scheduled for July 10 via Polydor/Universal Music. Billboard reported that the material was recorded in less than a month at Metropolis Studios in West London under the production supervision of Andrew Watt. According to the same source, the album will feature contributions from Paul McCartney, Robert Smith, Steve Winwood, as well as previously recorded parts by Charlie Watts.
