Artist Trivia
- Her first major breakthrough was not a solo success but a duet, as she gained nationwide recognition through “Frontiera” with Italian singer Marco Antonelli, which placed third in Sopot in 1984.
- “Frontiera” became more than a festival one-off, because the song led to a warmly received Polish tour and, after 26 years, to a revived recording and concert partnership.
- Her biggest solo hit remains “Mamy po 20 lat,” which won the Audience Award in Opole and was later named Song of the Year by Polish Radio Program One.
- In 1988 she received the FIDOF award in Sopot for the most promising young talent, confirming that her momentum extended well beyond a single hit.
