Andrzej Kraiński, better known as Kobra, is a Polish rock musician, composer, and singer who has remained the leader of Kobranocka since the band’s very beginning. He is most strongly identified with that group, and its catalogue secured his lasting place in the history of Polish rock. Artist Trivia

  • The story of Kobranocka began in unusual circumstances, because sources say Kraiński met Andrzej Michorzewski in a psychiatric hospital after being afraid of military conscription.
  • Before Kobranocka was formed, he co-created a band called Latający Pisuar, which was later renamed into the far more recognizable act.
  • Although he is primarily associated with his own band, he also appeared with Hey on the song “Moja i twoja nadzieja” from the 1993 album “Fire”.
  • In 2007, he took part in the Yugopolis project, singing “W oczy patrzeć mi...” and “Łykając twoje łzy”, which shows that his activity also extended beyond Kobranocka’s core rock identity.
