Malik Montana

Malik Montana, born Mosa Ghawsi on 11 March 1989 in Hamburg, is one of the most recognizable figures in contemporary Polish rap. He is of Afghan, Greek and Polish descent, and this multicultural background has played an important role in shaping both his artistic identity and public image. He spent his childhood in Germany, then moved to Poland with his brother at the age of 15 and settled in Warsaw’s Wrzeciono district. Living between different cultures and languages later became a visible part of his artistic character, ambition and overall approach to music.
