Borixon

Borixon, also known as Borygo, BRX, and Borys, is one of the key figures in Polish rap from the generation that helped shape the culture in the 1990s. He comes from Kielce, and sources consistently describe him as a rapper, lyricist, music producer, and entrepreneur. His safest clearly confirmed early breakthrough came in 1996, when he joined Wzgórze Ya-Pa 3. Through that group he entered a wider national rap conversation, and the album “Centrum” brought the act a Fryderyk nomination, which shows how important that phase was for the history of Polish hip-hop.
