Jacek Łągwa
Jacek Łągwa is a Polish composer, multi-instrumentalist, music producer, arranger and singer, best known as a co-founder of Ich Troje. In the band’s history he was far more than a background figure, as he was responsible for composition, arrangement, production and the shaping of its signature sound. Before becoming widely associated with Ich Troje, he also worked with Varius Manx, recording the albums “The Beginning” and “The New Shape.” Later, together with Michał Wiśniewski, he helped create one of the biggest phenomena in Polish popular music at the turn of the 1990s and 2000s. - Before Ich Troje was created, Jacek Łągwa and Michał Wiśniewski launched the first karaoke club in Poland, which is one of the more unusual starting points for a major pop act.
- Even before the Ich Troje era, Łągwa had already worked with Varius Manx, which means he entered the project with a strong musical background.
- In Ich Troje he was not just an instrumentalist or co-founder, but also handled composition, arrangement, production and sound realization, making him central to the group’s musical identity.
