Justyna Święs, born Justyna Janina Święs, is a Polish singer, songwriter, and actress best known as one half of The Dumplings. She was born in Zabrze, and it was from that Silesian background that she moved onto the national scene, building a profile in electropop and alternative pop. Her safest musical debut date is 2011, because that is when sources begin confirming her artistic activity and her work in The Dumplings. The duo with Kuba Karaś became one of the key Polish electropop acts of its generation, and by 2015 it had already earned them a Fryderyk award for Phonographic Debut of the Year.
