Kasia Lins

Kasia Lins is one of those artists who have built a very clear and recognizable musical and visual language of their own. Born in Poznań, she is a pianist, singer, songwriter, and composer, and from the beginning her work has developed in a more author-driven direction than a purely mainstream one. Her recording debut came in 2013 with the album Take My Tears. It was an unusual start, because the record was released in Japan first, and its sound leaned more toward jazz, soul, and an internationally styled aesthetic than the later Polish-language incarnation of her art.
