Kukon
Kukon, born Jakub Konopka, is a Polish rapper and lyricist from Biłgoraj, widely regarded as one of the most distinctive figures in the younger generation of Polish rap. His appeal comes from combining relentless productivity with a highly individual writing style built on melancholy, bluntness, looseness and a very personal atmosphere. The safest point to mark as the beginning of his music path is 2014, when he started releasing songs online and operating in the underground. If we count a full official debut, 2018 and the album Piękny Ból is the strongest candidate, because eBilet describes it as his first known and legal album. - Kukon grew up in the Ogrody housing estate, and that place became so important that he named an entire mixtape series after it.
