Maciej Musiałowski
Maciej Musiałowski is a Polish actor and singer who has become one of the more interesting figures of his generation in contemporary Polish culture. He was born on December 5, 1993 in Warsaw, graduated from Jan III Sobieski High School, and later from the Acting Department of the Łódź Film School. Already during his student years, it was clear that he was not limited to one discipline. In 2015 he won the Grand Prix of the 36th Stage Songs Review in Wrocław as well as the journalists’ prize, while at the same time receiving distinctions for stage roles, including the Złota Maska award for acting debut. - He comes from an artistic family, his mother is a multi-instrumentalist, his father sings and plays guitar, and Polish as well as English were used at home.
- While still a student, he won the Grand Prix and journalists’ prize at the 36th Stage Songs Review, which confirmed very early that his talent extended beyond screen acting alone.
- For his role in the stage production “Diabeł, który...” he received the Złota Maska award for acting debut and was also recognized at theatre school festivals in Rabat, Brno, and Łódź.
- He gained broad critical recognition for playing Tomasz Giemza in “Suicide Room: Hater”, a role that brought him an Off Camera acting award and an Eagle nomination for best leading actor.
