Piotr Zioła
Piotr Zioła is a Polish singer and songwriter who entered the scene at a young age, but was noticed immediately as a distinct artist with a clear style and voice. He was born on November 24, 1995 in Opole, and part of his musical grounding also came from his family background. His first step toward recognition came through the auditions for “X Factor” in 2012. Although he did not advance, that experience led him to meet producer Marcin Bors, with whom he later formed an important creative partnership. In 2015 he released the single “Podobny”, performed at major festivals, and appeared on the song “Przyjmij brak” by Rysy with Justyna Święs. That was the moment when the alternative scene began treating him not...
Artist Trivia
- His father plays bass in the rock band Chilli, so his musical family background is not just symbolic, but tied to a real live-band environment from childhood.
- He started in music school on piano, but left before finishing, which fits his later path as a more intuitive than formally academic artist.
- Before releasing his own album, he appeared in “X Factor”, and after the show met producer Marcin Bors, who became important to a key stage of his career.
- Even before his debut album, he was already performing at Open’er, Tauron Nowa Muzyka, and Warsaw Music Week, meaning he entered the alternative scene quickly and at a high festival level.
