Róże Europy
Róże Europy is a Warsaw rock band founded in 1983, and it made its strongest mark on the Polish scene in the second half of the 1980s and the early 1990s. The group has always revolved around Piotr Klatt, its vocalist, lyricist, founder and the only constant member across the band’s entire history. The band’s early identity was deeply connected to new wave and to sharp observations of urban everyday life, which can already be heard in its first body of songs. A key early breakthrough came with the group’s appearance at Jarocin in 1985, which helped place them firmly on the Polish rock map.
