Steez83, born Piotr Szulc, belongs to the group of producers who genuinely changed the sonic language of contemporary Polish rap. He was born and raised in Warsaw, and became involved with hip-hop culture already in the mid-1990s, initially through DJ-ing, turntablism, and club activity. Although his earlier experience goes back further, the safest confirmed starting point of his widely recognized career is 2013 and the launch of PRO8L3M. Artist Trivia

Before becoming widely identified with PRO8L3M, he spent around ten years behind the turntables for acts such as Hemp Gru, JWP/BC, and Sokół, which means his foundation came from classic DJ practice, not only studio production.
In 2012 he founded the agency Revolume, which later became responsible for tours and events for major urban-music figures in Poland, showing that his role is both artistic and organizational.
He is also one of the founders of the 2020 label, known for promoting some of the most interesting new rap phenomena in Poland, so his influence extends beyond his own catalog into scene curation.
As Steez83, he has also developed a more personal producer and instrumental release line, including “Lost Tapes 001,” “ANIMA,” “INSTRUMENTALS,” and the “Trzy Miłości” soundtrack.
