Jann, real name Jan Rozmanowski, is a Polish singer and songwriter in the alternative pop and indie pop realm who rose to national fame after competing in the 2023 Eurovision national selection with his song „Gladiator”. He was born on 12 February 1999 in Lublin and spent part of his childhood in Garwolin, where his early fascination with music led him to choral work and classical training, including singing at the National Opera. His voice is classified as a countertenor, which, combined with a highly theatrical stage presence and dark, intense visual aesthetics, has become one of his main trademarks on the contemporary Polish pop scene.
