MacIej Balcar

Maciej Balcar is an artist whose standing in Polish music rests on several parallel roles, rock vocalist, songwriter, stage and film actor, and the longtime frontman of one of the most important bands in the history of Polish blues-rock. The broad public knows him above all through Dżem, but his artistic path began earlier and was from the outset more author-driven than purely interpretive.
