Artist Trivia

  • Before becoming a widely recognized singer, she completed secondary music education in Kraków as a piano student and later studied composition, which set her apart from many stage stars built mainly on vocal charisma.
  • At the beginning of her career she also worked as a pianist and accompanist, including collaborations with Marian Wieczysty’s dance school and Polish Radio in Kraków.
  • She was connected with Teatr na Wozie and the Centuś cabaret, so her style developed from the start with a theatrical and cabaret edge rather than as straightforward pop singing alone.
  • For years she formed a well-known artistic and private partnership with Bogdan Czyżewski, and their joint recordings remain an important part of her catalogue.
