Artist Trivia
- The debut album “Ukryty wymiar” has been described as a reference point for later Polish gothic metal bands and as one of the records that helped push the genre to peak popularity in the late 1990s.
- Artrosis moved away from a strictly gothic metal formula relatively quickly, and on “Fetish” the band leaned heavily into loops, distortion, noise textures and industrial elements.
- The album “Fetish” earned the band a Fryderyk nomination, marking one of the most visible forms of mainstream industry recognition in its career.
- “Pośród kwiatów i cieni” is often treated as the band’s opus magnum, and Artrosis returned to that record in full during its 2026 concerts.
