Bajm
Bajm is one of the most important Polish pop-rock bands, founded in 1978 in Lublin by Beata Kozidrak, Jarosław Kozidrak, and Andrzej Pietras, later joined by additional musicians. The group was born out of a collaboration idea following a performance by the Kozidrak siblings at the “Hades” club, and the name BAJM was created as an acronym based on the founders’ first names. At first, Bajm performed ballads and tourist-style songs, but in the early 1980s the band shifted decisively toward rock and later pop-rock, building the signature sound that would define its long career.
