Marek Raduli
Marek Raduli is a Polish guitarist, composer, arranger, and educator, and his official website presents him as an artist active across live performance, studio work, and music education. He is best known to the wider public for his long run as Budka Suflera’s guitarist from the early 1990s until 2003, yet his standing in Polish music goes far beyond that single chapter. His early development was rooted in the Opole music scene. He studied at music schools in Kędzierzyn-Koźle and Opole, then played in bands such as PEX 75, SYNTEZA PP, and REBUS, while also appearing in lineups that later fed into TSA. That background gave him both strong technical foundations and an early entry into the professional live...
Artist Trivia
- When he left Budka Suflera in 2003, he did not slow down professionally, he moved straight into new bands, guest appearances, and film-related work, which makes that moment look more like a strategic shift than a retreat.
- The debut concert of the supergroup SQUAD took place at the 20th Ingolstadt Jazz Tage in Germany in 2003, so one of his most important post-Budka chapters started on an international festival stage.
- In the readers’ and journalists’ poll of “Gitara i bas + bębny,” SQUAD was named the “New Hope” even before releasing a debut album, which says a lot about the impact the group had as a live act.
- At the time when the “Gitarowy Top” awards were being handed out, Raduli and his bandmates were absent because they were teaching young musicians at workshops in Jaworki.
