• Molesta originally started as Mistic Molesta, and even that name evolution reflects the path from a local housing estate crew to a nationally significant formation.
• The album “Skandal” became a kind of ground zero for much of Polish street rap because it did not try to soften housing estate reality, it described it directly in its own language.
• After Pelson and Wilku joined, the group gained an even stronger collective identity, and their later careers showed how influential Molesta was as a hub for the Warsaw scene.
• The documentary “Skandal. Ewenement Molesty” confirmed that the band’s story goes beyond music and became part of a wider narrative about a whole generation growing up on Polish housing estates in the 1990s.
