Muchy
Muchy is a Polish rock and indie rock band from Poznań, founded in 2004 by Michał Wiraszko, Piotr Maciejewski and Szymon Waliszewski. On the Polish scene of the late 2000s, the group stood out by combining guitar-driven energy with a sharp generational voice, irony and strong pop instinct, which quickly made it one of the more important names in domestic indie music. The earliest strongly confirmed breakthrough in terms of wide release and recognition came in 2007, when the single “Miasto doznań” reached number 7 on the Lista Przebojów Programu Trzeciego chart and the band released its debut album Terroromans.
