Artist Trivia
- Negatyw grew out of the earlier Mysłowice bands Skowyt and Kurtyna, so its story clearly reaches back before the official launch under the current name.
- The band returned after years away with a renewed lineup built around Mietall Waluś and Darek “Melon” Kowolik, joined by Afgan and Robert “Bob” Ligiewicz, who is widely known from Hey.
- Their 2002 debut album “Paczatarez” was the release that brought them broader recognition and still stands as one of the key records in their catalog.
- “Albinos,” released in 2014, was the last full album before the comeback period, which gives the recent return a clear generational comeback angle.
