Old Breakout
Old Breakout is a contemporary Polish blues-rock band directly rooted in the legacy of Breakout, one of the key groups in the history of Polish rock and blues. It is not merely a symbolic memorial act, because its core includes musicians who were genuinely part of the original Breakout story. The central figures in Old Breakout are Tadeusz Trzciński and Maciej Kubicki. Trzciński helped shape the blues sound of Breakout and recorded several classic albums with the band, while Kubicki played in the later period of the original group and later became known as a respected live sound engineer as well.
