Scooter is a German electronic music band from Hamburg, formed in 1993 and widely recognised for its contributions to happy hardcore, rave and techno. The group emerged from the earlier project Celebrate The Nun and has always revolved around frontman H.P. Baxxter (Hans Peter Geerdes), whose shouted vocals and catchphrases define the band’s sonic identity.
