Artist Trivia
- LemON was effectively formed on the run, because the full lineup was assembled only after passing the first stage of “Must Be the Music,” and the first proper band performance happened at the television casting stage itself.
- The band’s name is one of the better examples of combining identity and memorability, because it refers to Lemko heritage while also sounding like a modern pop rock brand.
- From the start, LemON stood out from many talent show acts because its cultural background was not a marketing add on, but a real part of the group’s identity.
- A large part of the band’s strength lies in Igor Herbut’s vocal delivery, often described as emotional and organic, which allows even radio friendly songs to keep a very personal tone.
