Pol’and’Rock Festival is one of the largest music festivals in Poland and in Europe, organized by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP) as a thank‑you for the January charity finale. The event is free and ticketless, and since 2022 it has taken place at the Czaplinek–Broczyno airfield in the West Pomeranian region. The 2026 edition, the 32nd Pol’and’Rock, will run from 30 July to 1 August and will once again gather tens of thousands of people for concerts, meetings and workshops.

About

Pol’and’Rock Festival, previously known as Przystanek Woodstock, was created in 1995 as a musical “thank‑you” from the WOŚP Foundation to everyone supporting the January charity finale. The first edition took place in Czymanowo by Lake Żarnowieckie, and in the following years the festival moved through Szczecin‑Dąbie, Żary, Lębork and finally Kostrzyn nad Odrą, where it built its legend with crowds reaching several hundred thousand people. Since 2021 the event has been held first in Makowice‑Płoty and, from 2022, at the Czaplinek–Broczyno airfield, which now serves as its permanent home. Unlike most large festivals, Pol’and’Rock has always been free and ticketless, which directly reflects its role as a thank‑you event after the WOŚP fundraiser. This model brings together a very broad, multi‑generational audience, and beyond concerts a huge role is played by workshop zones, the Academy of the Finest of Arts, meetings with guests and the activity of hundreds of NGOs present on site. Over the years, the music profile has evolved from rock and punk dominance towards a more diverse lineup, where reggae, folk, electronic projects and hip‑hop stand alongside guitar bands. The 2026 announcements make this range very clear, placing Godsmack, Vended, Orbit Culture and Dropkick Murphys next to Alborosie, Eagle‑Eye Cherry, Dżem, Myslovitz, Happysad, Voo Voo, Dziwna Wiosna and the L.U.C. & Rebel Babel Orchestra project. As a result, Pol’and’Rock remains a rock‑spirited festival while staying open to other styles and to a new generation of festivalgoers.

Pol’and’Rock Festival 2026 takes place from 30 July to 1 August 2026 at the former Czaplinek‑Broczyno airfield in the West Pomeranian region of Poland. Entrance to the festival is free and ticketless – there are no admission passes required to access the main festival grounds. Festivalgoers are usually allowed onto the site a couple of days before the official opening, and in previous years the gates opened at noon on the day before the first concerts, giving people time to set up their tents and get ready. The festival runs for three days, with the main shows on the Main and Second Stages taking place from the afternoon until late at night.
