GOLEC UORKIESTRA is a Polish folk-rock band founded in 1998 in the village of Milówka near Żywiec by twin brothers Paweł and Łukasz Golec. From the beginning, the group built its sound by combining highlander folk traditions with pop, rock, and jazz elements, becoming one of the most recognizable Polish acts blending tradition with contemporary music. Over the years, the band has released numerous popular records and songs, while its extensive live activity helped establish GOLEC UORKIESTRA as one of the best-known family-rooted folk projects in Poland.
