- Poparzeni Kawą Trzy are one of the rare Polish bands built around well-known radio and TV journalists, which gave the project a strong media profile from the start without reducing it to a novelty act.
- The band’s origin story is unusual even by local standards, because source material says it was founded during a press conference in the Polish parliament.
- The first major breakthrough came in 2011, when “Kawałek do tańca” won the Journalists’ Award at Top Trendy in Sopot, and the band soon after won the nationwide “Przebojem na antenę” festival.
