Artist Trivia
- Maleo Reggae Rockers had its music featured in the films “Spona,” “Poniedziałek,” and “Osiemnaście,” which means the project entered film circulation quite early, not just the live scene.
- The band played at four editions of Przystanek Woodstock, in 2002 and 2003 in Żary and in 2006 and 2010 in Kostrzyn nad Odrą, which says a lot about its long-term festival presence.
- In 2001 and 2002, the group toured Poland with Michael Black and later with Kofi Ayivor of Osibisa, and those collaborations led to separate live releases and a concert DVD.
- In 2010, the band performed at Rototom Sunsplash in Spain, one of Europe’s biggest reggae festivals, which marked an important international live milestone.
