Artist Trivia
- His doctoral research focused on Tadeusz Majerski, a previously little-known Polish composer, and that scholarly work also led to commercial recordings for Toccata Classics.
- He is part of a group of pianists who combine performance with repertoire recovery, especially by bringing lesser-known Polish 20th-century music back into circulation.
- From 1999 to 2002, he appeared at Warsaw’s New Theatre as an actor-pianist portraying Frédéric Chopin, which is an unusual extension of a classical concert career.
- In 2018, he also portrayed Ignacy Jan Paderewski in a French stage production, showing that his public presence has reached beyond standard recital work.
